How the Hall of Fame directory is organized

The directory lists all 353 inductees on file, from the first class in 1936 to the most recent in 2026. The newest names are Jeff Kent. Players make up 292 of the entries; the category filter separates them from managers and executives.

Filter by decade to see a single era's classes, or search by name; each card links to the member's profile. Each induction year also has its own class page with the voting body and, for elections with a recorded ballot, the votes received against the votes needed. Voting methods in the data include the Baseball Writers' Association of America ballot and several committees, and the class pages record which one elected each member. The rest are 17 managers and 44 executives, umpires and pioneers, shown together in the tiles as executives and others. The 2006 class is the largest single induction on the list. The featured-classes module on the right links straight to a few induction years, and the decade buttons narrow the grid to one era. The first class, 1936, and the latest, 2026, are both one click away through the class pages. The statistics tiles repeat those totals so the balance between players and other contributors is visible at a glance.
